This project consisted of a five-story 81,000 square foot class “A” office building with a 64,000 square foot two story parking garage adjacent to the office building.  It has a Full Card Access System, CCTV, MATV, Fire Alarm and Telephone/Data systems along with two state of the art Board Rooms and back-up Generator System for the Elevators. It has a very elaborate Lobby/Waiting and Museum Areas incorporated into the design of this project. This project was nominated for National Best Design Build of the Year Award.
