This project consisted of a 3-story, 39,000 square foot Class ‘A’ office building. This project included an integrated CCTV, card access, security and fire alarm systems. It has a full executive board room with a design build AV System and IFS panels were used to reduce the foot print of the switch gear and the electrical rooms allowing the customer more space for actual offices. It has a very elaborate lobby/waiting and museum areas incorporated into the design of this project. Megawatt worked closely with the design team and the owners to build a first class custom tailored electrical system.
