This project is to recommission, reconfigure, and renovate the existing, but unoccupied, former senior center (approximately 7,690sf) in Bethel, Alaska into a safe and code compliant homeless shelter.

Owner’s design of this two level 12,300 square foot, 16 bedroom guest house for use by service members and/or their families, free of cost, while recuperating from injury or illness.
The Children’s Place project integrated mental health staff with OCS, Alaska State troopers, medical staff under one roof to assist children in crisis. Project consisted of security, backup power, separate data systems for different agencies, and court admissible recording systems.
The Brigade Complex project is a design-build with a out-of-state contractor, Korte/Purcell JV. We are part of the design team and are working closely with both the engineers and the construction team. This is a LEEDs project that has all the expected disciplines including; service and distribution, telcom data, fire alarm, CCTV, outside Plant, testing and quality control.
New design/build 4-story wood frame construction with 75 hotel rooms. Installed complete electrical work including fire alarm system, tel/data raceway system, TV distribution system, 2000 amp building service with aluminum feeder cables, full blown kitchen area and meeting rooms with AV rough-in.
New design/build 80-man ADA compliant barracks, battalion headquarters, company head quarters building and a solder family assistance center building. 6,713 SF Soldier Family Assistance Center, 48,989 SF ADA compliant 80PN Barracks, 8,030 SF Battalion Head Quarters, 9,020 SF Company Head Quarters, over 1 mile of fiber optic and copper plant extension, SIRPNET with holocom raceways. Installation of complete fire alarm, mass notification, area of refuge communications, data systems and SIPRNET VIA holocom raceways.

This project consists of remodeling a three-storie above ground dormitory and full basement underground with support offices. It has full Fire Alarm, Mass Notification and Telephone/Data Systems. It includes a complete new Service and Primary Distribution Systems with added Site Lighting.

This project consists of a new 3-story, 18,812 square foot Boarding House/Hotel. It has a complete fire alarm, telephone/data, CCTV and door entry control systems installed. This is a first class extended stay type facility that has an appearance of salmon scales on the outside skin, quite unique for Alaska.
This project consisted of a 20,720 square foot McKinnell Housing Unit with full kitchen and cafeteria areas, management offices and a 5,724 square foot Cares for Kids Crisis Center with a complete lighted parking lot area.
