This project is to recommission, reconfigure, and renovate the existing, but unoccupied, former senior center (approximately 7,690sf) in Bethel, Alaska into a safe and code compliant homeless shelter.

This is a remodel of existing fire station 4 on Elmendorf AFB. There are two additions, front, and back. We are installing new lighting, phone/data, fire alarm, and power.
New design/assist 84,200 SF state of the art crime detection laboratory building in Anchorage, Alaska. Worked hand-in-hand with the owner and their team. Complete electrical including eight security access controls, CCTV, duress systems and 750 KVA emergency standby and UPS system.
New construction of the Salvation Army Community Center
Furnish and install standby generator sets and automatic power transfer switches at West Lakes PSB’s 81 & 72 and Palmer ambulance PSB 39.
This project was a total remodel of the Valley Hospital into the Palmer State Office Building. The unique aspect of this project was that it consisted of keeping the tenants in the building operational with no break in service during the complete re-model.
