Work for this project includes the demolition of the Old Fire Station 11 Building damaged in the 2018 earthquake and construction of a new PEMB (Pre-Engineered Metal Building) in Eagle River for the Municipality of Anchorage – Anchorage Fire Department.
Construct new building for Observatory as well as tie in out buildings and storage facilities with new 100’ tower for signal dishes and communications. .

Replace Twin 100 KW Generators Located in basement of Hospital, provide standby power during change over and coordinate mechanical to install externally mounted radiator system.
Provide and install a new 65KW microturbine on the roof of the Alutiiq building using a helicopter. Included new switchgear to integrate it into the building.
Remodel Warehouse and Office Space to allow for Delta West / Inlet Energy to consolidate several building into one functional space. Building includes Classified Fuel Storage as well as office and general storage space.

This project consisted of a two-story 34,500 square-foot office, store front, warehouse, Class I Div II (16) truck bays with overhead doors, (1) wash bays, fueling stations and tanks. Coordination was done with the Local Utility to extend new power to a 600A, 480V, three-phase main electrical service, all feeders and conductors were provided as copper.

This project consists of two F22 Shelters, one 7-Bay at 47,832 square feet with 14 Mega Doors and one 8-Bay at 54,344 square feet with 16 Mega Doors. We furnished complete Electrical Engineering and supplied Performance and Payment Bonds. Both shelters have full Fire Alarm Systems with Monaco transmitter and antenna to communicate to the Base Monaco receiver and complete Fire Suppression Systems.

This project consists of remodeling two existing Hangers and wiring for a new foam fire suppression systems pump room building. Includes re-wiring the existing high voltage primary system, installing new transformers and building services, and complete removal of the existing light fixtures and installing new HID lighting.
This project consists of a two-story office included within a 40,000 square foot warehouse/office type building. It has several Rail Cranes, Welders and other misc. equipment per the Tenant’s layout.
This project consists of a complete remodel of the existing 41,171 square foot railroad Historic Freight Shed into a modern state of the art space for future Offices, Retail Store, Restaurant, Entertainment and Tourism areas.
This project consists of two buildings comprising a 15,000 square foot Processing Plant complete with wiring of all automatic control systems and a 5,200 square foot maintenance building with complete wiring of power, lights, fire alarm, telephone/data cabling, heat trace, disconnects and starters for the processing equipment.
