This project will construct a new heated pre-engineered building (PEB) storage facility on JBER.  Minimum building dimensions are 80’ wide x 120’ long x 24’ eave height with a gable roof at a 4/12 roof pitch. Work consists of design and construction of a new concrete foundation, design and assembly of an insulated PEB, fastening the PEB to the concrete slab, design and construction of a fire-suppression sprinkler and fire detection system, installing natural gas heaters, installation of interior & exterior lighting, distribution panelboards, general receptacles, electrical connections to equipment, installation of overhead doors and entry doors, relocation of existing utilities within building footprint, and utility hookups for water, electrical, communication, and natural gas. Existing underground fiber optics shall be relocated around building.
