Fall 2025 : Install PEB and Wash Rack (JBER, Alaska)

This project is to construct a new heated pre‐engineered building (PEB) Wash Rack facility. Work consists of design and construction of a new concrete foundation, design and assembly of an insulated PEB, fastening the PEB to the concrete slab, installation of wash rack and all associated water, water heater, water storage, pumps/motors washing devices and sediment gathering equipment with Oil Water Separator (OWS) draining to the sewer main, tap into located natural gas line and run to new PEB, installation of natural gas heating, interior lighting, electrical service, distribution panelboards, general receptables, and electrical connections to equipment, and installation of overhead doors and entry doors.
