This project consists of a 75,000square foot three-story medical office building with ties to the new three-story parking garage and the existing PCC II office building. It has the latest state of the art security, fire alarm, telephone/data and nurse call systems. It utilizes the latest LED fixtures for the display cases and corridor lighting. It has an “Executive Board Room” with the latest state of the art audio video equipment designed specifically for this room.
