CORPORATE HEALTH, SAFETY and ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

This policy applies to all the Megawatt Electric, LLC operating areas. We are committed to our corporate goals of identifying and evaluating hazards that can cause accidental losses and environmental damage thereby eliminating or controlling those hazards to conduct our operations in a safe, healthy and environmentally responsible manner.

Megawatt Electric, LLC is committed to managing Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) matters as an integral part of our business. We will assure the HSE integrity of our processes and facilities by adhering to the following principles:

Compliance – We will comply with all applicable laws and regulations and will implement programs and procedures to ensure compliance. Where existing laws and regulations are not adequate to ensure protection of human health, safety, and the environment, we will establish and meet our own HSE quality standards.

Prevention – We will utilize safe technologies and operating procedures designed to minimize risks to human health, safety and the environment as well as having employees trained and prepared to respond to emergencies.

Communication – Effective communication is a critical part of our company’s HSE program and addressing HSE issues requires involvement of everyone in the company. We will communicate our commitment to our employees, vendors and customers and solicit their input in meeting our HS&E goals.

Improvement – We will be continuously seeking opportunities to improve our program and our adherence to these principles.
