This project consisted of a two-story 34,500 square-foot office, store front, warehouse, Class I Div II (16) truck bays with overhead doors, (1) wash bays, fueling stations and tanks. Coordination was done with the Local Utility to extend new power to a 600A, 480V, three-phase main electrical service, all feeders and conductors were provided as copper. Facility systems include CCTV Camera Security System, Cat 5e telecom and complete wiring for sprinkler riser alarm bell, tamper and flow switches. Energy efficient LED lighting was utilized for the site as well as the interior of the facility. Warehouse systems include, but not limited to, (1) bridge crane, alignment machines and lifts, welders, air compressors, heat trace, and all connections to HVAC systems. Exterior site work included a bull-rail with head-bolt heaters and a site sign, in addition to the aforementioned.
